I would like to Thank you and Marissa for the successful conclusion to the sale of my condo in the Lagoons. We had to battle a world economical downslide, a real estate abundance of condos on Sunset Drive, recalcitrant Councils, and a blue-netted high rise which went on for almost a year while the Lagoons got her face lift. In spite of all the difficulties, you were always there with new, creative ideas and very supportive of my long-distance suggestions. It is traumatic enough under normal selling circumstances, but when the Seller is out of the country, it is difficult beyond comprehension. But you held many Open Houses, and your generosity of spirit to other agents in order to generate a sale, impressed me very much.
